Phil Auctions "WINGS" Guitar for Cancer Research
09/05/2012 - 19:35Phil is auctioning "WINGS," a one-of-a-kind Jackson guitar from his personal collection, and is donating 100% of the proceeds to The Gerson Institute, an organization that supports Holistic Cancer Therapy.
In Phil's words: On September 5th I'll be auctioning off one of my tour guitars called 'WINGS' via eBay in an effort to support The Gerson Institute in their fight against cancer. I play this guitar every night on the Rock of Ages tour! 'WINGS' is specifically dedicated to my dad Kenneth, who passed away from pancreatic cancer and the guitar donator Jake Willoughby's mum Connie who passed from the same."
